Therapeutic Treatment Massage
Ann’s signature massage focuses specifically on injuries, chronic pain, myofascial restrictions and overall flexibility, allowing the relief of chronic muscle tension as well as aiding in the recovery of soft tissue injuries. Each session is customized to each individual, allowing the highest level of treatment. Depth, pressure and areas of focus are always tailored to each individual.

Heated River Rock Massage
Water heated basalt stones and natural oils are used on muscle groups to promote relaxation and ease muscle tension. This type of massage offers all of the benefits of a Therapeutic Treatment Massage with the addition of heat and natural basalt rocks from the Columbia River. The benefits of the heated rocks and oils allow tense muscles, adhesions and myofascial restrictions to decrease with ease.

Prenatal/Postpartum Massage
As a certified prenatal/postpartum therapist, Ann has been thoroughly trained in the anatomy and physiology of the childbearing year. Studies have proven that regular massage sessions during pregnancy reduce stress and anxiety levels, as well as decrease pelvic, back and myofascial pain due to postural changes. Furthermore, massage allows a safe, nurturing environment for a pregnant woman to convert feelings of an emotionally balanced and well being state to her unborn child. Regular massage sessions during pregnancy ensure a balanced state of mind and body throughout. A physician or healthcare provider release is required prior to treatment.

*Therapeutic massage, prenatal & postpartum massage prices above are assumed a discount for payment at time of service. Standard rates are $25 per 15 minute increment of service. All insurance claims are billed a standard rate of $100 per 1 hour session. If you are unable to pay for your session at the time of service you will be subjected to the standard rates. Loyalty courtesy credits are given to those individuals paying at the time of service.
Hot Stone Massage Therapy is an un-billable modality. Please see rates below for optional add-on rates for L&I, PIP (Motor Vehicle Accidents) & health insurance patients.
